We have had a lovely last couple of days of term, in the spring sunshine, thinking about Easter and doing lots of bunny, chick and egg related activities.
We had Easter Assemblies on Thursday, with parents and friends invited to join in some singing, dancing and poems all about Easter.
Our youngest pupils performed and looked very cute in their bunny ears!
There were also Easter enterprise stalls, with older students selling lots of plants and chocolate Easter related gifts. Thee was also a raffle, which Hayley was delighted to win!
This morning we had our pre-formal WoW event - This spring term they have been broadly learning about environments and habitats and so the Blackburn hall was festooned with activities for arctic adventures, dense jungles and the deep blue sea. They all enjoyed exploring the items in the different areas.
Children have enjoyed making easter cards, and some have been making chocolate nests using visual instructions.
We have had a lovely term and are now all ready for the Easter holidays - we hope the sun shines and everyone has a good break.
